Hours are M-Th 8-6:30 and off Fridays. Interviews will be on site. Looking for a Strong Project Coordinator who will be responsible for working with *IT and the IT PM *with the transitioning of systems. Must have Strong SAP skills, knowledgeable with the following SAP modules: Finance, MDM, Customer Service, Quality, Costing, and Warehousing. This is a fast project with go live in approximately 6 months. Will be responsible for planning tasks, managing resources, Coordinate activities, and information Liaise with project stream leads to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives Help prepare project proposals, time frames, schedule and budget Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise Pharma experience is extremely helpful. Summary of Work: Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend Report and escalate to management as needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports Co-ordinates travel & accommodation logistics for project team members.
