*Primary Skills : *
Experience in schedule optimization and critical path analysis
a) Exposure to Batch workload analysis and Critical Path Analysis using
tools like zBNA, identify and remove performance bottlenecks
b) Experience in identifying SQL statements and DB2 system services that
cause excessive CPU time or wait time from SMF data reports
Experience in WLM implementation. Monitor and adjust WLM Goals based on
system indicators from RMF
*Secondary Skills : *
Familiarity with mainframe MIPS optimization techniques
Hands on experience in COBOL,JCL and DB2. Knowledge on CICS is optional
Experience in writing REXX automation scripts for data extraction
