Mary -- Sorry I didn't get a chance to look at the word document you sent until just now. The error you saw indicates that something internally has gone wrong. I assume you clicked OK to send an error report and not cancel. If I'm assuming wrong, disregard the rest of this and go try it again and click OK.
So the only error I see two of from yesterday are authentication errors. These indicate that the Internet Archive rejected your login/password. So couple of questions. First, did you submit the error report more than once? Just want to make sure we're tracking down the correct problem. If you have the URL that the program should have given you after you clicked OK, that's even better. Second, do you have an IA account set up? If so, what's the username? If not, go get one (http://archive.org) and try it again. This particular error is the case of the program not catching the error that the archive is sending back. Finally, you say you want to get a CC license -- you do know that ccPublisher is for uploading your work to the Internet Archive for hosting, right? If you just want a license, you can get the necessary bits from the website at http://creativecommons.org/license. Just want to be sure the outcome is what you expect :). Nathan R.
