Hello all, in preparation for the upcoming version 3.0 of ccHost which sees major feature additions to i18n (localization/translation), forums, and packaging efforts, I'm putting the call out for needing translators to translate ccHost. One way to do this is based upon the development packages that are built three-times-a-day which contain the stable necessary strings (text to be translated) to translate the software:
Open and save this file to your computer as plain text: http://mirrors.creativecommons.org/cchost/cchost.pot Also, please see the ccHost translation page to find out more ways you can help translate ccHost about how to create a translation and submit it to the project: http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Translating_ccHost Spread the News ccHost (the engine that powers ccMixter.org) needs languages and lots of them! Please contribute to the project in this excellent way by translating the messages, and then submitting your translation to our patch tracker: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=80503&atid=559968 Before submitting your language translation, make sure to rename the file, cchost.po. With everyone's help, ccHost will pick up as an excellent web-based media hosting engine that can operate all around the world in local languages. Your contributions are helping to move the project to version 3.0 which features both full i18n localization, native forums, and more feed support than ever.
