I happened to notice via http://news.commerce.net/?p=44 that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X3D is a successor to VRML. Whoa, VRML lives, I had no idea. :)
Is X3D getting significant uptake? Is it a hot thing at Siggraph (Jon)?
