I can't think of any link, but I am sure you can search for it using your 
favorite search engine.

Use CC BY-NC

Write up a separate contract with them. If it is really important for you, hire 
a lawyer to do it for you.

The above has nothing to do with CC, or with any kind of licenses. Licenses set 
the permissions and conditions. Whether or not the permissions and conditions 
are followed by the users of your work is up to your ability to police them.
