I was at Cisco networkers, not long ago, and the presenter mentioned "companies" like this in passing.
Basically they are very aware of them and doing what is possible to get the criminals. If they do have some real exams then Cisco will pull them from the pool. So the value you think you get from them would be lost. You may as well get legal sample exams. If you do get them, then you may also be prosecuted. After all they are stolen property and they don't hide the fact!
