Hi group, I need clarification. One general task in this LAB22 says, that every router should be reachable via its Loopback interface. Somehow this does not work from R1 and R9, running EIGRP as long as Im not doing an extended ping with the source of Loopback 0. To me, this is because the EIGRP network from R1-R2 and R6-R9 is not known via OSPF and since it is a connected network to R2 and R6 it will also not get redistributed if not specified. So it doesnt know the way back... To me, also with the final config it would not work.
Well, my question here. If the task says that the Loopback needs to be reachable, does it mean via ping, or extended ping? If not, should we include this EIGRP network on R6 and R2 in the redistribute connected ACL or enable this network in OSPF? Or did I miss soemthing else? Clarification would be really helpful.
