Hello support,

This message is for proctor LAB support. I would like to let support
know that I was not able to access the CAT3 and CAT4 switches from
CAT1. The ports were showing down at both the ends and had to avoid
some part of LAB.

This seems to be a cabling issue. Please take care of ASAP. The pod
number was pod117ts1
