The only reason that I can think you are experiencing these issues is you are running on Dynamips. Dynamips is an awesome tool but there are times features don't work as they should. When you run into situations like this that it is not working for you, rent a session with Proctorlabs and test the same configuration on actual equipment. Document all the problems that you have while running on dynamips and spend a session testing the problems on equipment.
