I think since Null0 is a garbage [but IOS softwarely correct] interface,
it will adveritse the route to neigbour, but it will not install it for
it has no valid [Practically] next-hop.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] Redistributing null route in EIGRP
  Date: Tue, 30 Jun 2009 23:53:32 -0400

  Hello All,

I am trying to redistribute null route into eigrp. I see the route
being sent and received but it's not being installed in routing
  table.

Below is debug from R1 and R2 (R2 is redistributing). Any thoughts or
  inputs appreciated. Thankyou.
