Hi, All the routers you listed in v10.0 of the workbooks are all 2811s and support mpls. For v11.0 of the workbook, same goes with the minor change of R2 being a 3825, which also supports mpls. take a look at this link, I use it to find out if a specific cisco device/IOS supports whatever feature I am looking for.
