The show frame map command is only going to show you dlci’s that have either
been statically mapped or learned via inverse-arp.

Example:

Router2#sh frame-relay map

Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 122.1.56.161 dlci 205(0xCD,0x30D0), static,

              CISCO, status defined, active

Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 122.1.56.170 dlci 205(0xCD,0x30D0), static,

              broadcast,

              CISCO, status defined, active

Serial0/1/0 (up): ip 122.1.56.185 dlci 205(0xCD,0x30D0), static,

              broadcast,

              CISCO, status defined, active

Router2#sh frame-relay pvc

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] DLCI

Is there a way that I can determine what DLCI’s are being Broadcast to me?

Like if I had a lab that did not tell me what DLCI’s I had how could I
determine what DLCI’s I am receiving.

ED,
