If console server is used, what is the configuration looks under lines of
console server.

I forgot to mention i can't type anything. It just sits there until it times
out. If i take the enable keyword off, i can login fine with a local
username/password.

If you use the following command, where is the username derived from?
aaa authentication login VTY group tacacs+ enable
As soon as i type the above in and try to connect to a vty, it won't let me
type any credentials.
