The IP Plus feature set has always been the bare minimum on 2600/3600 (and a few others) for ISL and 802.1Q. 12.2(46a) will with 48M/16F fine and it's a GD release (not that it matters in a lab). 12.3M and 12.4M won't fit for sure.
FWIW "js" is enterprise plus which has significantly more stuff in it than ip plus.
