The question tells you to do redistribution on R9. It then says use no ACL,
route tags, or prefix list.
The solution guide has the following.
route-map EIGRP2OSPF permit 10
match route-type internal local
set tag 789
router ospf 1
redistribute eigrp 789 subnets route-map EIGRP2OSPF
