Please see my attached diagram in email.

Sitting on A , how can we load balance for any particular network
(10.10.10.0/24) through BGP ?

I know there is maximum-path option in BGP. But when I use access-list to match
that route and then use route-map , I do not get maximum path option ?

Does maximum path option works in general and for all the routes ?

I do not want to use static routes .. is there any way to loadbalance this
scenario for only one network (10.10.10.0/24) through BGP ?

Set BGP sessions based on loopback addresses (this in not BGP multipath, so
forget about maximun-path). Let IGP or static routes do the load balancing.
Look at the router configs and show outputs in
http://ccie-en-espanol.blogspot.com/2009/05/bgp-balanceo-de-carga-ii.html

Good luck!

Taking a closer look to your picture it might be easier to implement using
BGP Multipath, so you better look at the example in:
http://ccie-en-espanol.blogspot.com/2009/05/bgp-balanceo-de-carga-i.html

....just to give you an idea on how it works.
