Maybe you should read the below indicated document.

the simulation of ASIC is beyond Dynamips. 

As for the particular interfaces on the emulated routers first install
dGNS3, and then research the individual routers emulated and determine
which suits your needs. As for the IOS required it has to be 12.4T for
version 4 of CCIE lab. This excludes the 3640 (this was the one I was
using to study until this week) and if you choose the 3600 routers then
it would probably be a 3660.

Remember that many of the layer 2 exercises cannot be done in a pure
GNS3 lab. You would have to connect 4 3560s *physical ones*.
