I am currently behind a restrictive proxy and firewall...probably the
issue.  I will try printing from another location.  If I still have
problems, I will contact support.

Hey Erik.  The PDFs have a limited number of times you can print them.
What happens is when you open up the document, it will contact a server
online.  Are you connected to the net when trying to print?  If you have
not printed the document at all yet, just contact our support team and
they will be glad to help you out there!
