indeed, indeed. What Marko said : ) That is why I had assumed it was a typo, as most of our material for v1 is 2-4 hours. This is one of the exceptions. As you know, Tyson is also a CCIE Security and focuses more on our security development work. The material he put together for this lab is much much more in depth than anything you are going to find in the industry. Like Tyson said, if you can get through that lab there is nothing regarding IOS firewall they can throw at you in the lab that will worry you :P
