It is not possible to have one interface active in two processes of
the same kind. For example, if you had "OSPF 1" and "OSPF 2" running
on the router you couldn't have both using Serial0/0/0. However, there
is no such restriction for different routing protocols. It's perfectly
acceptable to have one interface participating in several routing
protocols.
