Team,

1- I am wondering if R4, R5, R6 in the sub-autonomous system 620 should not be
either fully meshed (the bgp set up shows they are not...), or R4 should be
configured as Route-Reflector (RRs). I am recalling the rule which says, either
iBGP members are fully meshed, or then RRs should be configured. Can someone
shed some light on this?

2- Task 7-7 of the same LAB uses MEDs to make "R5 the preferred route" for
route 172.16.4.0/24.   I am left with no understanding of what is being asked
here !.  Is R5 a route?  But more important, why is the MED being applied
on R5? I would assume MED should be applied on R7  towards R5 (outgoing), to
influence the way the traffic from  route 172.16.4.0/24 comes to R7 (incoming).
Of course the solution is correct I just would like to understand the reasoning
behind...

Thanks

Bauke
