Hi Nadeem, OER/PFR is covered fairly briefly at the end of Day 2 in the BGP section. Honestly, this is one of the new topics that we could teach an entire week long course on as it is so in depth. What is included on the video is essentially an introduction to the technology and a few examples. This is something that WILL require supplemental reading and studying. There is a nice 450 page config guide for it on cisco.com : )
