hi guys,
I have tested basic eigrp over hub %spoke topolohy.In the ınternet I
have read that in eigrp hello packets do have ttl value 2 so just only
disable ip split horizon on the hub would be enough in order to get
spokes eigrb neighbor.Is that right?
Or doI have to use negihbor command?

On the other hand I tested and without neihbor command can not get
spokes negihbor.
