Morning IP Expert Team, I got my OSPF peering between R2,R5 and R6's 150.100.100/24 Network just fine. Then change the ip ospf network parameter on R4 to peer with R2's s0/1/0.24 subinterface but for some reason the neighbor relationship is still down. I do a debug ip packet from R4 and I see the packets reaching R2 just fine but from R2 I get encapsulation failed every time I ping, then I realized I can't configure the frame-relay interface dlci command on R2's subinterface facing R4, it says: "%PVC already assigned to interface Serial0/1/0"
