Hello guys,

This is my first post on this list, as I am a new BLS customer. So first of
all I want to say hi to all of the members and instructors, you are making a
great job here. I am planning to take the written exam in a couple of weeks
and then go ahead to full force lab practicing, so I will surely bother you
all with more questions soon.

Regarding the topic, I must agree with Adrian on his first option. I find
that 3560 QoS stuff are one of the most confusing topic for me in the
blueprint, so it would be nice to have it explained.

Regards,
 Daniel
