Abel, I believe you would have to do both. On the hub router broadcast keyword would need to be used once per DLCI on the physical or sub point to multi-point interface. This will allow the routing updates to be passed on Frame Cloud. Split Horizon is needed for the hub to advertise the routes to the other spokes
