When I launch the IPexpert.exe icon the BLS home page screen loads up , but when I select the V.O.D. icon the BLS menu bar appears at the top as usual, but the rest of the page is blank. The drive is fine because I was using it on my laptop at home before I left for this assignment. Someone had mentioned that to use, you have to have an internet connection, which I do overseas here, but i understand there has to be a connection to Adobe for it to work correctly?? What do I need to have the firewall team allow for this to work? Thanks for the assist.
