Gaurav, I agree with Marko on the Multicast books as that's what I have. Also consider the following books to add to your collection for IPv6:
Cisco "Self-Study: Implementing IPv6 Networks" http://www.ciscopress.com/articles/article.asp?p=31948 "Deploying IPv6 Networks" http://www.ciscopress.com/bookstore/product.asp?isbn=1587052105 HTH Thank you, Steve Di Bias Network Engineer - Information Systems Valley Health System - Las Vegas Office - 702- 369-7594 Cell - 702-241-1801 [email protected] -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Marko Milivojevic Sent: Wednesday, June 22, 2011 6:54 AM To: gaurav nunia Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [OSL | CCIE_RS] recommended books Nothing is really definitive. For multicast, I would recommend Routing TCP/IP Volume II and Developing IP Multicast Networks. For IPv6, I believe a book called IPv6 for Enterprise Networks was recently published. I heard good things about it. Of course, for CCIE lab, Routing TCP/IP Volume I covers most of the material. -- Marko Milivojevic - CCIE #18427 Senior Technical Instructor - IPexpert FREE CCIE training: http://bit.ly/vLecture Mailto: [email protected] Telephone: +1.810.326.1444 Web: http://www.ipexpert.com/ On Wed, Jun 22, 2011 at 07:49, gaurav nunia <[email protected]> wrote: > which books do you find definitive and useful for multicast and IPv6.? > > > -- > thanks > gaurav > > http://routing0sand1s.blogspot.com/ > _______________________________________________ > For more information regarding industry leading CCIE Lab training, please > visit www.ipexpert.com > > Are you a CCNP or CCIE and looking for a job?
