Nothing is really definitive.

For multicast, I would recommend Routing TCP/IP Volume II and
Developing IP Multicast Networks.

For IPv6, I believe a book called IPv6 for Enterprise Networks was
recently published. I heard good things about it. Of course, for CCIE
lab, Routing TCP/IP Volume I covers most of the material.
