Hi Marc,
The router-id thing i don't know. Maybe it's because of IPv6 and it will only 
allow a router-id based on the link-local address you set? What does the 
interface output show ?

As for the routes, the only thing i see from a glance is that your R6 doesn't 
have a broadcast statement for ipv4. Maybe that's what's causing it ?
