I think the more you read the more you get. Of course, in real world we have
to somehow prioritize what we read based on the available timeslots :-)

For CCIP's BGP exam, I read both the Doyle and Halabi BGP parts. For CCIE
written, I am probably going to read only the Doyle and maybe skim through
the Halabi. I would say that Halabi goes well beyond the detail that is
needed for CCIE R&S.

Your reading list looks pretty much identical to mine. However, I don't
think I'm going to have enough time to read all these books from cover to
cover. I am planning to use the R&S cert guide as my main book and then skim
the other books for more details. Anyway, most of the books on the list have
been part of my CCIP/CCNP studies in the past.

Try to recognize your weak areas and read more on those areas. On the areas
were you are ok/strong, the official cert guide probably provides enough
information.
