i know a lot here will advise to have a good rest the night before the lab 
exam, but for me, i was on the same boat as you are, i practically didn't sleep 
at all, i took some sleeping pills but it was useless, my brain was on a 120 
mph race and doesn't want to stop, and i guess that is the same as you are.
 
just take redbull or cofee before going in there. 
 
you will be relax after that 5PM end time
 
all the best and you can do it!!!
 
don't worry you don't have sleep, your adrenaline is now in full swing and in 
that room, believe me time will fly
