The 3825 is required due to IPX using the 3800's ability to switch between 
fiber or copper for R2. The other routers can all be 1841's with the 12.4.15T5 
adv IP services IOS.
The Backbone routers can be 2600's, but BB3 will need to be able to run BGP.
