I did the same thing.

IPX slots don't work for me because i´am from Europe

IPExpert just do the 4 hour slots

Nothing against IPX, because they've provided invaluable training material. 
However, they've been talking about 4 hour time slots at least a couple years 
and it hasn't happened yet. I went out and bought my own rack of gear to the 
tune of over $11k. Fortunately for those that haven't done that yet, the prices 
have dropped significantly and you could probably do it for less than half of 
that.  My suggestion is do the same if you want the freedom and flexibility to 
train when you have time. Also, the best way to institute change is with your 
money going somewhere else. A vendor can ignore requests when you're still 
spending money, but they can't if revenues are dropping.
