Imo watermarks are needed, people can simply take a picture of each page avoiding the header/footer and duplicate material.
If anything is to be fixed , please fix the numerous mistakes, typos and contradictions between WB/DSG in the RS workbook. Errors in the DSG are devastating and waste a lot of time, especially if the student is unfamiliar to the given technology.
