Hello community,

I received an email from IPExpert with the current CCIE R&S equipment
specifications in order to setup my own rack at home, but I have a question in
regards the IOS; it says on the spreadsheet that the 2800 series run IOS
c2800nm-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T12.bin, I don't have 2800 series, I will be
running on my pod 7x 1841 and 1x 3825. Therefore, I was trying to find an IOS
similar to that one, which would be c1841-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T12.bin but
I didn't have any lucky at all, the only one I could find was
"c1841-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T14" and the same version for the 3825
"c3825-adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T14" .Will those IOS work? If they do, can
someone tell me the difference between them?
My second question would be in regards the SPF module that leaves from the Cat2
to Cat1, as we know there are many modules compatible for that one based on the
Cisco website http://bit.ly/bWraH I have decided to go for the GLC-SX-MM SFP
Module (which is multimode), if anyone considers there is one much better,
please advise me. I haven't purchased that one yet.
I only have bought the WS-G5484 Transceiver for the Cat1. I also want to
confirm the connections between those 2, It is gonna be LC to SC Fiber Patch,
correct?

Thanks and regards,
Wilberth
