I'm not sure Masood is being sarcastic. If you're trying to use PPTP on a Windows machine, you can use the connection wizard to setup up a new VPN connection. Start the wizard and select the "Connect to the network at my workplace" (or similar) option. You should then be able to enter your parameters as required.
