HTH...

Step 1: Power-cycle the device (via your power management GUI on yoru
session's page)

Step 2: choose option 1 from the GRUB boot loader (don't leave it at
the default of 0)

Step 3: when everything is fully done rebooting and asks you for a
login type in 'cisco' 'cisco' as the user and the password

Step 4: then it will ask your for your existing password (again
'cisco') then the new password twice
