To Stu,

Well after experiencing the exam, I can only say "Expect the unexpected"

I guess the best solution to tackle these ambiguous topics is by reading as
many topics as you can from the security DOC CD.

This is what I am doing right now so hopefully I won't be surprised again.

It’s an option to throw just about anything they want into those
topics J.

Advanced Security features on the catalyst may cover Private
VLAN’s, DHCP snooping, ARP protection, storm protection, port protection, etc.
It provides a lot of options here.

VPN Advanced Features are features that are available thru the
command line for things like SSL VPN, tuning timers, and other options. It is
hard because the more ambiguous they are the more it opens it up to additional
options as they arise.

In short I don’t have an answer right now J

Guys,

There seems to be some grey areas in the V3 topics, any
ideas what they area looking to cover here?

Configure Cisco Catalyst advanced security features

Configure advanced Cisco VPN features

I have a feeling there may be some overlap here with the
other defined topics, but would like to get the groups view on this.
