Network authorization is typically required for applying policies to the network device for downloading rules from Radius. This is on page 101 of the PDF. What I found last night is that one labeled "through EAP" is not there for me unless I enable "aaa authorization network default radius". I think this command is simply missing from the proctor guide and the final configuration. Am I missing something?
