Routers --> 12.4T (??) I don't remember

Shawn,
The blueprint is 8.X. Right now I have run into at least 4 or 5
bugs in 8.0 that have lead me to jump to 8.2. There is another feature that I
show in one of the volume II lab OEQ. I can’t think of it right now off the
top of my head. There are a few things just brush up on the release notes for
8.2

Is the ccie lab moving to version 8.2? is there a date for this?
there does not seem to be many new features, except for maybe stateless tcp
inspect for asymmetric routing. Should we know any of the new features if I am
taking the lab in the next few weeks?

Paul,
I am sorry. Support is working right now to get the ASA’s
upgraded to 8.2.1. That is what I had to use for that lab. They are
actually working right now on doing it.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Security] Volume 2 Lab 12 Route-maps on ASA
I cannot get the route-maps to actually filter on the
ASA. It sounds very much like bug CSCsw33175. However, the bug show
fixed in version 8.0(4.21). Now, my question is first how can we tell if
we have the .21 sub-version. According to bug toolkit, the "fixed-in"
versions are not always even available. So I am curious if the route
filtering working in the OSPF to EIGRP process has been working for
others. I just cannot figure out what I'm missing here, but the
"detailed solution guide" clearly shows it working.
