The report I got was per section only, not a composite score. No surprises.
When I neared the end of the lab I just started trying everything to give me
the possibility of crossing the 80 point mark. This thing is definitely
doable but attention to detail and time management is very important.

Do you get a report with the scores of each of the sections?? - Similar to
the CCNP exams?

Thanks

Paul,

My experience on 10/27 was very much the same. I was not successful, but do
feel the exam was passable. I am shooting for end of Jan or early Feb as my
next test date. Many items I breezed through and plan to only review them
briefly during the next two months. There were some area that I missed
points, but was not sure why so these topics I will be started on square one
with a full re-read and re-practice. Good luck getting study time during
the holidays. I am already finding it hard to pull away from work/family.

Regards,

Roger

On 11/17, I tried unsuccessfully to join the club. I did feel like I was
well prepared technically but failed on time management and just lost my way
as the day progressed. The test, in my opinion, was fair and I should have
finished with adequate time. Technically, it certainly wasn't easy, but
definitely passable. I feel like I had the technical skills to pass it if I
had a better test taking strategy. I also believe that I failed to pay
attention to detail during my first read of the exam. The result is time
spent on tasks when I didn't know where to locate one of the minor bullets.
This costs both points and time. Having took the test and experienced the
process, I am confident that I can succeed in this.

Upon failing, I planned to reattempt as soon as possible. Unfortunately,
the one month rule put me into the holiday season with no dates available at
RTP until early January. I have some other personal items that have came up
since then so it actually will probably be beyond that a bit. I do think my
study will be adjusted to focus on the DocCD for a period of time. I want
to be very familiar, so I can recall details as required.
