Jimmy,

Here is a quick rundown of your questions.

   - You will get a blank sheet of paper.  You cannot write on the exam.
   - Most routing should be pre-configured for you however topics that
   relate to DMVPN and such, things like RRI you do need to know.
   - I don't know if you can change the keyboard layout- maybe someone else
   on the list can field that one.
   - You can use notepad to edit the ACLs.  If you ACL method works that way
   then I would stick with it.  (Thats what I do most of the time unless I am
   just adding lines and such)
