Under the tunnel group general attributes you do have some limited options
for specifying authorization.

It always good to look through the feature / tech guides as well as config
and cmd ref guides, as there are a few gems in there that I have found
useful. Not sure if this is what your looking for but may be a start,
contains both asdm and cli examples:
