Hi,

I had this same issue several times during my studies, and every time it was
an issue with the Trust Agent on the host.
I used proctorlabs so it meant putting a call into the support guys (Drew
and Ryan) to reinstall the CTA software.
Not sure whether this is a bug or an issue with CTA in VMware but
the reinstall was the only thing that worked for me.
