Hey Jimmy,

This is a common issue with MS CA Server, especially when running in a
virtual server.

You need to restart the CA Server. Goto the CA management console and click
on the CA server in the left hand pane, you should then have the option to
restart the CA services.

This should resolve your issue.

As per usual with certificates makes sure the time is sync'd between the CA
server and the router.
