First off let me qualify this by saying that it is NOT the RTBH that mom and 
dad used to play with.  However, there is a mention of blackhole filtering in 
the documentation that is available.

I have not confirmed if this topic or technology is covered in the lab.  It 
does appear to be a valid RTBH configuration although I haven't personally 
tested it.

Bottom line though is the RTBH that we all know and love needs to be memorized.
