Use the power buttons to reboot and do a password recovery.

There should be an afterhours support button from the proctorlabs gui to
contact support.

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_Security] asa locked up - i am in lab now

Hi

I am in lab now. Someone who used the lab before has configured for AAA
authentication and copied the config to startup.

I am not able to login into ASA1. The revert option is not working.

ASA is locked.

Technical support is not available
