Remember with ospf, you need always have the ospf netwok type on the tunnel
same configured on hub as well as spokes. Else it keeps flapping.

If it is DMVPN phase 2, use "ip ospf network broadcast" on all the tunnel
interfaces.

If it is DMVPN phase 2, use "ip ospf network point-to-multipoint" on all the
tunnel interfaces.
