You can also note "*crypto call admission limit" *that just sees the number
of IKE SA.

While *call admission*, restricts the IKE request based on the cpu load.

*call admission limit charge,  *cpu load is converted into numerical value
and that is the "charge" value.

*call admission load,* multiplier is scaling factor and you need to provide
the time period 1 to 32 secs. The following formula is used:

(scaling factor * current system resource usage) / 100
